David Gaffney is a Practising Solicitor and also qualified as a Certified Insurance Practitioner with the Insurance Institute of Ireland and is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. David gained litigation experience in OFlynn Exhams before joining the legal expenses insurance company, DAS Group, as a Legal Advisor where he was responsible for the provision of employment and commercial legal advice to a large and varied client base both domestic, and multi-nationals.
