IT Support 4U was born when we noticed a demand in our retail business and an increase in call-outs to small to medium businesses who were were struggling to get the IT support they needed. It made sense when we thought about it… almost every profession or business uses IT now, in comparison to how business was conducted 5-10 years ago. Since GDPR popped into our lives we also noticed that a lot of companies are trying to go paperless, which in turn creates more strain on their IT systems. We have partnered with Datto Inc, to provide seamless business continuity with great products and excellent customer service, to keep your business up and running even after a catastrophic failure of your infrastructure. However, these businesses/offices did not require or need a full time IT department but they did need the safety net of having a professional support service if something should go wrong. That’s where we come in handy… We can provide on-site, off-site and remote login services and phone consultation to walk and talk you through to the resolution to your problem. With over 20 years experience combined between IT Multinational roles and local retail business we decided it was time to lead the way and give the small to medium businesses the support they required on a full time basis. We were already providing regular supports to small business and schools but we wanted to increase our availability and so we decided it was time to provided a full time support service for businesses ranging from one device to one hundred devices.
