Reform Pilates

Reform Pilates is a dedicated Pilates tudio overlooking the sea in Blackrock. We offer mat classes for all levels including pre and postnatal classes and classes for over 55s. In September 2011 we will be offering traditionally Pilates equipment classes, a unique style of class developed by Joseph Pilates using the reformer, trap table, chair and barrell.
