We make modelling chocolate for cake decorators. It works like sugarpaste but it tastes much nicer as it is made from delicious Belgian chocolate. We also sell freeze dried fruit, which doesn't only taste really good but it's super healthy as it doesn't contain any additives or preservatives and retain 95% of real fruit nutrition.
