Ward & Burke Construction Ltd

Ward & Burke Construction Ltd. is a Civil Engineering Company established in the Republic of Ireland in 2001. The majority of our workload was in the Sanitary Services, providing pipelines, treatment plants, reservoirs and water storage to the Department of the Environment in Ireland. During this period a substantial resource was built up in terms of Staff, Skilled Labour and Plant. 

In 2009, a regional office was established in the UK to facilitate the growth of the company within the United Kingdom market. Since this time approximately 50 schemes have been successfully completed throughout Scotland, England and Northern Ireland. This work is undertaken primarily as a sub-contract to the delivery partners for the Water Companies. Works have been completed in Scottish Water, Yorkshire Water, Anglian Water, Severn Trent, Thames Water, Southern Water, Northumbrian Water and Wesex Water.

In 2010, we opened an office in Toronto, Canada where we offer specialist Micro-tunnelling services and shaft construction options to Main contractors working in the utilities field. A number of 1500mm, 1200mm and 600mm microtunnels have been undertaken to date. Further investment in microtunnelling equipment has facilitated the expansion of the company in this region.
