2 As 1 - Antenatal Classes

Our classes cover a very comprehensive agenda focusing on the areas of the later stages of pregnancy, labour, breathing techniques & birth, but importantly cover to an equal extent, the early stages of parenting. This is a full time service and Susan is available to answer any questions or queries or re-enforce any information following the course to attendees. The 2As1 service does not end on the course day! Most expectant couples attend an Ante-Natal Class to learn about the labour and birth. Our aim is whilst covering this area in great detail, is that they leave the class not only thinking about the big day itself, but as importantly, thinking of being parents and making informed decisions about their new-born baby
