We use a third party, Google Analytics ("Analytics"), to measure WhatsWhat's audience and usage. By using our service, you agree to assign the traffic relating to your website to WhatsWhat and authorize us to sign a Traffic Assignment Letter on your behalf for Google Analytics audience measurement reports.

Payments And Refunds

WhatsWhat uses third party services, Stripe ("Payment Gateways") to collect and process payments and refunds. By using our service you agree to their Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies.

Copyright Infringement And DMCA Policy

As WhatsWhat asks others to respect its intellectual property rights, it respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material located on or linked to by WhatsWhat violates your copyright, you are encouraged to notify WhatsWhat in accordance with WhatsWhat's Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Policy. WhatsWhat will respond to all such notices, including as required or appropriate by removing the infringing material or disabling all links to the infringing material.

Intellectual Property

This Agreement does not transfer from WhatsWhat to you any WhatsWhat or third party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with WhatsWhat. The WhatsWhat logo, and all other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with WhatsWhat or our Services, are trademarks or registered trademarks of WhatsWhat or its licensors.

Termination

WhatsWhat may terminate your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
