I am a counselling psychologist with a background in human resource management. The main services that I provide include counselling and psychotherapy and business, life and job-seeker coaching. The main issues and problems that I deal with are anger, anxiety, assertiveness, bereavement, bullying, career dissatisfaction, conflict, depression, emotional abuse, employment and work related issues, family issues, gay/lesbian issues, OCD, panic attacks, parenting issues, personality disorders, phobias, relationship breakdowns, self-confidence and self-esteem issues, schizophrenia, stress, suicide prevention and trauma. I treat adults and adolescents (aged 16+).
