Revamping and providing the finance for Roches Stores (Hardware/ Grocery) in Ireland for their IT department which played a critical part in the new franchise image that we all know today in Ireland. Creating, designing, marketing and distributing of the Man United Opus book in Ireland and UK with Sir Bobby Charlton and Sir Alex Ferguson. Each book costs 4,200. This was the biggest non soccer investment outside investing in players by Manchester United. Successfully raised the finance for the majority of new hospitals in Ireland over the last 12 years, including Galway, Hermitage, Cork Medical Clinic and funds for the Mater Public and Mater Private hospitals, Our Ladys Hospital for Sick Children (DVD Available) Successfully raised and structured the finance / franchise for the new start up The Outlet Retail Shopping Centre in Banbridge, Northern Ireland. (DVD). Successfully raised the start-up funds in Ireland for Ticket Master, Esat Telecom, Iona Technologies, John McCormack Bloodstock, Citibank, Dupont among others. Developed, managed and successfully delivered the outsourced Digital Equipment and Siemens Customer Finance programs creating countless new jobs for companies in Ireland and Northern Ireland over a 12 year period. Euro Finance Group is raising funds for DMC Medical Ltd which can help eradicate the transfer of HIV and control the spread of third world diseases. Also for Whats What, Stratergia, Pay Back and many others in is development. Directed, produced and distributed into 12 languages two award winning film documentaries based on the most important book for Catholics for 21st Century- Calls from the Message of Fatima by Servant of God Sr Lucia, according to Cardinal Ratzinger (now Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI ). Plans to have the films downloaded to over 1 billion Christians by 2017 is under development.
