My name is Shelley and I offer a professional and caring counselling service in Kilbrittain, West Cork, located close to Bandon, Clonakilty and Kinsale.  I am an Accredited Counsellor with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

There are often times when we experience life as painful. Painful feelings may arise due to life events such as; relationship breakdown, divorce, bereavement, illness, abuse, redundancy or retirement. Related or unrelated to these life events, we might also experience anxiety, depression, stress, anger, panic attacks, low self-esteem, self harm or eating disorders.
