What is it: 123HireMe.ie is a free noticeboard for people to post messages offering or looking for services. How does it work: Persons looking for a Contractor, Tradesmen or Freelancers to complete work will post a message describing what they require and different contractors will respond with quotes or offers. The person looking to hire can then check on-line reviews of the different contractors to help them to decide based on location and feedback as to who they will accept the offer from. What happens next: Next the person hiring and the contractor can swap numbers and after the job is complete the hirer leaves feedback for the contractor expanding their reputation. Users: Contractors, Tradesmen or Freelancers Contractors, Tradesmen or Freelancers can add to their profile including a photo and detail on the services they offer and the location that they are covering. Contractor reputation will allow them to bid for larger and more demanding projects. Hirer: The hirer need to register with a phone number and email. Once verified they can start looking for a contractor immediately.
