O'Shea Leader was founded in 1992 to provide technical backup to the construction industry. In the early years, the service provided was purely civil and structural engineering. However over the years our expertise has been expanded to include architectural consultancy, mechanical and electrical engineering, land surveying, fire consultancy and environmental consultancy.

The company presently employ people, equipped with expertise across all of the disciplines. We also endeavour to exploit the most up to date technologies for the benefit of our clients.
