Tilleard Goya Ltd (also known as TGoya) is a Cork based Irish safety consultancy company, which was set up in 2005 to provide safety compliance resources for SME?s here in Ireland. In addition to work here, the company has also been able to provide safety consultancy services to oil exploration clients around the world and has carried out work for oil majors and oil exploration contractors in Venezuela, Dubai, Norway and Canada. Company Director, Andy Tilleard  is a Chartered Member of the UK Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), a Full Member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM) and is registered as a European Safety and Health Manager as outlined by the European Network of Safety and Health Professional Organisations (ENSHPO).
