Emma Murphy is an IACP Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist with a practice in Douglas East Village. Issues such as anxiety, binge eating or bulimia are not usually the actual problem, they are more likely to be a symptom of something else such as a difficulty in dealing with difficult feelings, a fear of appearing vulnerable, being unable to communicate well with others or low self-belief. Emma's initial training was in Family and Relationships work, and she then moved to advanced training in Eating Disorders.
