Dargan Healthfoods & Therapy Centre, Castletroy Shopping Centre, Limerick is now entering its 11^th year in business. All of our staff are highly motivated and fully believe in our range of products.

The owners are Julie Dargan and Jim Leahy. Julie was a registered nurse for 20 years before making a career change from reactionary medicine to preventative medicine. So many problems stem from poor eating habits, lack of exercise and other such bad habits. Julie decided to embark on a career which would help people to help themselves. Julie is now a qualified Naturopath, Nutritionist, Herbalist, Iridologist and Ear Candler. Julie has created the Irish School of Natural Therapies and is currently teaching Iridology and Nutrition to students. See our education page for further details.

Jim Leahy is a qualified Sports Massage Therapist. He also has a post graduate course in Rehabilitation of Injuries. He is also a Reiki Master, practises Bio-energy Healing, Indian Head Massage and Ear Candling.
