Giraffe Adamstown offers part-time and full time places for children from 6 months to 12 years. It is housed in a purpose designed single storey building with a large outdoor area to the rear which the children enjoy all year round. In addition, there are allocated parking spaces for parents to facilitate drop off and collection times. All children are provided with healthy nutritious meals each day prepared and cooked by an in-house cook in TUSLA approved kitchens and the cook purchases local produce wherever possible. Fetac level 5 is the minimum requirement for all staff members. All members of staff are Garda vetted. The centre is supported by South Dublin childcare committee.
