Homeward Bound

Homeward Bound is run by myself, Shirley Hennigar, from my home in Co. Clare where I live with my family which consists of my husband, 3 kids, 5 dogs, and 7 cats.

I've been involved with animals all my life, and always brought strays home, but didn't 'officially' start rescuing and rehoming til I put a name to it in June 2009. Since then, I've rehomed around 90 dogs. Most of these have come through the rescue side of Homeward Bound, and about a dozen or so have been Home2Home cases.
