Hi, I'm Ann Halloran, welcome to my About Me page.

I have managed my own training consultancy for the last twenty years, working in a wide range of business sectors across Ireland. Much of my experience has been in the multinational pharmaceutical and medical device industries.

For me, the major learning has been that we all look for the same things in the workplace. It is about trust, recognition, respect, communicating well with each other, having fun and enjoying what we do. If as a manager you create conditions for this to happen you will be well on your way to success.
