OCS has announced it has acquired a majority stake in Integris Management Services, a leading provider of maintenance and FM Services.

OCS employs over 1500 people in Ireland providing a range of property support and aviation services.

Speaking of the acquisition, Cecil Ryan, Regional Managing Director OCS Europe, said “This is great news for everyone at OCS and is an important strategic move for our business in Ireland. It will allow us to provide a complete range of services to the clients of both companies as we innovate to meet their needs”.
